Everything was excellant, including affable stuff and unbeatable location near the centre. Climate control, multi-channel television, and a fridge available in the family room. The views over garden. Free parking on site provided. The ambience was family. Location near the center of the city and paradies Bacalar.

I had a great time staying at Siyan Ka'An Bak'Halal. The room was comfortable and the AC worked well, which was perfect for the hot weather. The location was excellent, just a short walk to the Laguna and nearby dining and shops. Despite the small issue with soundproofing, the staff was friendly and accommodating. I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay at this hotel. I would definitely recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful stay at Siyan Ka'An Bak'Halal! The room was comfortable with great AC and a mosquito screen on the windows. The kitchen was well-equipped and we loved cooking our own meals. The location was perfect, right in the city center and close to everything we needed. The owner was friendly and even upgraded us to a king-size bed when it became available. we highly recommend this hotel for a relaxing stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect, close to the town square, food, and shops. the nearby Lake Bacalar and Cento Azul offer stunning clear waters to swim in. the staff is friendly, despite our lack of Spanish.
